EWAB Key Account Teams are organised according to the diamond principle which mean that they are focused on maintaining parallel and continuous communication channels between EWAB and the customer organisation on all necessary levels. GKAT members always have a counter part at the customer site in order to speed up project work and to safeguard all business processes.

EWAB Project Teams

To become "One company in 9 countries" EWAB have taken Virtual Teams to new heights working across time, space, and organizational boundaries. With Group wide common business processes, improvement projects, document databases and a modular mindset, we make it possible for project sharing and people exchange thus optimizing Group capacity while minimizing cost.

EWAB Business Engineers

The verb "to engineer" means, among other things, "to manage skillfully". EWAB Business Engineers are professionals highly skilled in working out the Best Total Deal for our customers. With solutions that matches your current needs and, when required, also future demands. EWAB Business Engineers do not work on commission, thus ruling out any personal economic interest that otherwise is very common among traditional sales people and a very high risk element in any project.

EWAB Project Managers

EWAB has project management capability at each project center which will handle most of the domestic demand. For larger projects or programs, which can sometimes involve installation sites at multiple locations in different parts of the world at the same time, project management is handled by our virtual project office. This consists of a pool of project managers from which management can allocate project managers and project teams according to customer requirements.

EWAB Virtual Projects

EWAB Virtual Project Teams have real time access to every drawing ever made in any of EWAB´s Project Offices. It may be standard parts, interface design, special peripherals or robot integration studies.

EWAB System Engineers

System engineering involves the transformation of business agreements into safe and reliable hardware and software that fits the end users needs. Considering all constraints that arise during the system engineering process this is a very challenging task and it require a large amount of real world experience in order to achieve the outstanding performance that EWAB system has.

EWAB Build Engineers

Build engineers are involved in projects at an early stage in order to prepare for the build, installation and run off phases of the project. The build engineers follow the project from initial build start all the way to project closing.
